This methodology has evolved over time as we have dealt with a huge range of experiences with all our clients. Everyone has specific needs and we want to work with them, be they full waterfall PM or an agile development process and we utilise the most appropriate tools and methods to support the project and team involved.
We can operate formally or informally, relaxed or official: From officially signed off completion stages that allow for full audit trail sign off for for each stage of the project with linked milestones and financials to other projects that require a much lighter touch, or that need to fit within a specific internal process. We are always happy to accommodate the individual client and project requirements to ensure the delivery meets – and exceeds – our client expectations.
